Approach: At HJ, restaurants and good service are our passion. We use our experience in the hospitality industry in London to provide a bespoke quality linen hire, design and laundry service for some of the UK capital’s most celebrated high-end restaurants and hotels, including Restaurant Gordon Ramsay, Sketch, Hibiscus, Petrus, Wild Honey, Arbutus, Momo, Trishna and The Pearson Room.
Unique: Thanks to our unique approach using luxury textiles for restaurants, HJ can design, manufacture, supply, launder and maintain tailored luxury linen at competitive prices to individual styles to reflect the atmosphere of any restaurant. We work closely with our design team, who have extensive experience of fabrics and interiors, working across a range of colours, designs and creative briefs. We also aim to carry the burden of customers’ linen upkeep, and produce designs and materials to the highest industry standard and replace stock when required at no extra cost. We also have a guaranteed day-to-day laundry service.
Team: Our team has worked in the London hospitality industry for over 15 years, in restaurant management, supply management and front-of-house, and uses this experience to design a service around each customers’ bespoke linen requirements, delivered with the highest levels of courtesy and efficiency. We maintain open channels of communication at all times and offer a truly flexible approach – our aim is to help the customer achieve the highest standards of presentation; we will quietly and professionally cater for all their bespoke quality linen needs, and more – our innovative approach means we design service plans, visit venues monthly and work with management onsite to solve their problems.
